Refund Policy

Last updated October 21, 2026

In short

  • You can request a refund of a payment within 14 days of it.
  • After 14 days, payments are final: no refunds for unused time, unused credits or forgotten renewals.
  • Cancel anytime to stop future payments. Cancelling alone doesn’t refund a payment already made.
  • Paddle, our merchant of record, processes every refund.

This summary helps you read the policy. The full text below is what applies.

1.Who handles payments and refunds

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns, so approved refunds are processed by Paddle. Paddle’s Buyer Terms also apply to your purchase.

2.The 14-day refund window

You may request a refund of a payment within 14 days of the date it was charged. This applies to a first subscription payment, a monthly or yearly renewal, and the charge for an upgrade or a move to yearly billing. A refund is paid back in full to the payment method you used.

3.After 14 days, payments are final

A payment that is more than 14 days old is final and won’t be refunded, in whole or in part. That includes:

  • the rest of a billing period after you cancel;
  • unused, expired or remaining credits;
  • downgrades or other plan changes;
  • not using the Service, or forgetting to cancel before a renewal;
  • an account suspended or closed because it broke our Terms.

Free credits have no cash value and are never refunded.

4.How to request a refund

Within 14 days of the payment, do one of the following:

  • Go to paddle.net, find your order with the email address you paid with, and ask for a refund.
  • Reply to the receipt email Paddle sent you.
  • Write to us through our , with the email address you paid with and the date of the payment, and we will pass your request to Paddle.

What counts is the date you ask. Once a refund is approved, Paddle returns the money to your payment method. Your bank or card provider may take several business days to show it.

5.Cancelling is not a refund

You can cancel at any time on the Plan & credits page. Cancelling stops future payments, and your plan and its credits last until the end of the period you have paid for. It doesn’t give back money already paid: to get a payment back, request a refund within 14 days of it, as described above.

6.What happens after a refund

When a payment is refunded, we may remove the credits it gave you and end the paid plan it paid for, and your subscription may be canceled. Your saved layouts and the documents on your device are not affected.

7.Chargebacks

If something is wrong with a payment, please contact us or Paddle before disputing it with your bank. We may suspend an account while a chargeback for a valid payment is open.

8.Your legal rights

This policy doesn’t take away any right you have under the consumer law of the country where you live. Where that law, or Paddle’s Refund Policy, gives you a greater right, for example the right of withdrawal for consumers in the EU, EEA, UK and Switzerland, you have that right.

9.Changes to this policy

We may change this policy at any time by posting the new version on this page and updating the “Last updated” date. A change applies to payments made after it is posted. A payment you have already made follows the version in force when you made it.
